Tonertoo compatible print cartridges are
manufactured to the most exacting quality control standards possible,
individually tested to ensure they meet or exceed all O.E.M. standards
prior to shipping.
We are proud to boast a less than 1% failure rate on our full line of
100% guaranteed world-class compatible fax and laser toner cartridges!
Tonertoo warrants all its products to be free of both material and
workmanship defects for a period of 45 days from the date of purchase.
The Company will, at its option replace the product or the full purchase
price of the product upon inspection and approval. No credit will issued
to products which were not originally purchased from tonertoo--are not
in their original packaging or are proven to be spent.
Defective and or products ordered in error must be accompanied by a
return authorization number to be considered for credit and are subject
to a 15% restocking fee. Items returned without prior authorization may
be denied and returned to the customer at their expense. Should a
product not perform properly it should be reported as soon as possible.
Possible defective cartridges must include a print sample and a written
statement describing the said problem.
Upon inspection and approval by the quality control department, the
appropriate credit will be issued in a timely manner. Complete customer
satisfaction is our goal—We guaranty it!
